    • Monitor the progress of Individuals toward meeting developmental objectives.
    • Supervise program implementation for all Individuals.
    • Supervise all Individuals Supported and Direct Support Professionals.

    Complete All Trainings On-Time!

    As long as you complete all of your required trainings on-time, you will receive your bonus.

    90-days of employment

    At your 90-day employment period, you will receive a $250 bonus (minus payroll fees and taxes).

    6-months of employment

    At your 6-months employment period, you will receive an additional $250 bonus (minus payroll fees and taxes).
